Honeycrumb is a woman-owned micro-bakery founded by Tanika Wilson, specializing in heritage grains, naturally leavened breads, and desserts inspired by Southern coastal flavors. We’ve built a loyal following through farmers’ markets—but we need a semi-permanent kitchen and display setup to serve our neighborhood consistently.

Funds will go toward commercial oven rental, licensed kitchen build-out, branded packaging, and ingredient inventory. We’re committed to local sourcing, eco-friendly materials, and creating a cozy, inviting space for Austin food lovers.
